This is what our kitchen counter looks like this evening: a big mix of fruit waiting to be photographed tomorrow (IF there’s direct sunshine in the apartment). If not, we’ll have to go out on the street and ‘find’ sunshine somewhere (in the park, around the corner). This produce on the counter is ALL waiting to become paintings 🙂

How about a piece of the fruit with the view out your window or on your table as if you could see some Paris buildings or land forms? I would love to see that!
That is great! I would love a scenery… from the window, I seem to remember the Eiffel Tower was close… maybe catch a peak of it… 🙂
Do you have a nice wicker basket? Maybe put the fruit inside and have the veggies on the counter like you’re about to make something yummy with the veggies?
And WHAT is that big orange thing in the background? Animal, vegetable or mineral? Guess I need those veggie classes more than I thought I did…Keep up the great artwork, Andre, you’re doing great! Have fun painting tomorrow…
that big orange thing is a kind of pumpkin. here it’s called potimarron (really it’s just a squash). we see them in the fall. some of the very large ones are sold by the slice and then weighed … i think they have such great colour 🙂
